Operating principles

  1. One calm deck

The day distilled before work begins.

  2. Every handoff attributed

Human and agent changes share one record.

  3. You make the call

    Suggestions wait for your review.

The day changes. The deck keeps up.

DailyDeck keeps the work you do and the agents you use in one reviewable loop. Move through the day without rebuilding the plan every time something changes.

Illustrative product states

  1. Open one trusted view of current work, the next task that can actually move, and only the exceptions that need your attention.

  2. Use DailyDeck from Claude Code, Cursor, another MCP client, or the web. A quick capture stays simple until you decide where it belongs.

  3. See project threads that have stalled and agent output that still needs review, without turning healthy work into noise.

  4. See attributed agent task changes in a reviewable handoff. Acknowledge what happened or undo a supported tracked change.

AI suggests. You decide.

DailyDeck can analyze a capture and propose the useful structure. You choose each field, and the original stays intact until you do.

The clear answers.

What DailyDeck does, where the boundaries are, and what you can expect on day one.

What is DailyDeck?+

DailyDeck is a personal work system that turns tasks, projects, and agent activity into one calm morning deck. It helps you see what matters now, what has gone quiet, and what needs your review.

How does DailyDeck use AI?+

DailyDeck uses AI to suggest schedules, priorities, project matches, and task breakdowns based on your work. Suggestions stay visible for you to accept or skip; DailyDeck does not make those decisions for you.

Is DailyDeck built for teams?+

DailyDeck is built for individuals today. It gives one person a clear record of their own work and agent handoffs; shared team collaboration is not the product's current focus.

Does DailyDeck run autonomous agents?+

No. DailyDeck is the accountable record around agent work, not an autonomous agent runner. Compatible agents can capture tasks and update work through MCP, while DailyDeck records changes and surfaces handoffs for your review.

What is included in the free plan?+

The Free plan includes up to 25 active tasks, 3 projects, API and MCP access, and limited AI scheduling within 5 AI requests per day. No credit card is required to start.

How do I connect Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex?+

DailyDeck runs its own MCP server at https://www.dailydeck.ai/mcp. Add it as a remote MCP server in Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, or Codex, authorize with OAuth, and those tools can capture and update tasks in your account. MCP access is included on every plan, Free included.

How is DailyDeck different from Todoist or Linear?+

Todoist and Linear are built around a shared backlog. DailyDeck is built around one person's day: it gives you a single deck with the next task that can move, it shows project threads that have gone quiet, and it records what an agent changed so you can review or undo it. Pro is $10 per month and Max is $25 per month.
